Car history: |
77 Corvette L-48. Rebuilt 350, it has less than 100 miles on it. My husband bought this Corvette as a project car for a gift to his Mom. He took it to get painted, to rebuild the engine and to get the upholstery of the interior done. Since we don't have the money to finish this project, we really hope it goes to a good home. Please serious buyers only!!!!! I know I'm new to ebay but I'm a honest person. Not to be rude, even though I don't have feedback I will delete bidders with no feedback. I'm requesting this because I tried to sell other car and a fake bidder was the highest bid. He wasted my time and the opportunity of serious buyers who really wanted it. I have a low reserve price. If reserve price is not broke I might sell it to the higher bidder. Due to what the car needs, I still consider it as a beautiful project car. I do have a AZ Clear title for it. Buyer must be able to pick up the car. The mechanic who worked on the engine said it is a matching #'s car that is why we rebuilt the same block on the car. Adding stainless steel inside parts, to my belief, 90% sure. I'm not giving out guarantee on this car.
Original Rally Wheels. Has a custom speaker box with a 12 L7 kicker speaker. I'm including rim adapters for free. He paid 600 dollars for them. As the wheel companies don't really make rims for this Corvette. These adapters are to fit any five lugs pattern for newer model like Chevy, Ford, Cadillac or Nissan. It could fit up to 24"Wheels. I have the missing passenger door handle. Paint has a little damage as seen in the pictures. All the goods you can see in the pictures and I'm going to tell you what it needs at the bottom of page..
Needs: AC compressor. Price is around 200 dollars. A carb kit if you do it yourself it will cost you like $50 or if take it to a shop around $130. Driver side chrome that goes on the bottom of the door as you see on picture cost like $50 to $100 for a brand new pair. Need a little vacuum valve that goes on back of light switch, so it opens and close the lights. I don't know the name for it but I know it cost like $10. Everything else for the lights are there. Missing the inside top light cover. Missing the ashtray and lighter. Steering gearbox needs to be rebuild. I drove it once and felt a little movement on front tires. Needs new Tires. Needs Radio.
